ACEM have produced an updated guideline regarding the rare COVID-19 vaccine related Thrombosis with Thrombocytopaenia Syndrome (TTS). To date this complication has only been described with the Astra Zeneca vaccine and Johnson & Johnson’s Janssen vaccine.

The Guideline addresses the recognition, diagnosis and management of suspected TTS.
